Joe Grbac, head chef of Melbourne favourite Saint Crispin, has a treat in store for mushroom enthusiasts in the form of a tantalising four-course lunch on Saturday, 30 May.

In this $90 culinary experience, diners can look forward to feasting on the mild slippery jack mushroom - the feature ingredient of a scallop tortellini with shallot and cauliflower; and a soy broth that unites melt-in-the-mouth Wagyu beef with earthy pine mushrooms that have roasted-nut undertones.

Joe Grbac’s celebration of his foraged fare will be hosted at the smartly appointed Saint Crispin restaurant and is a not-to-be-missed event for diners with an appreciation for mushrooms.
