The SutdioForty6 run group takes place every Wednesday and Sunday between 6am and 7am at Caulfield Park and caters for all fitness levels. Each session includes a combination of a warm up, specific run technique drills, group run and a cool down.

Each session is taken by a qualified run coach who has a wealth of running knowledge and experience and every session has a key focus to help you achieve your running goals. During the sessions participants are divided into groups based on running level so running abilities are catered for.

Whether you are training for a specific event or perhaps you are just wanting to ease back into running, rest assured the StudioForty6 run group will help you achieve your goals!

Cost:

-Purchase a casual session at $25 (expiry date of 30 days)
-10 session pack for $185 (expiry date of 6 months)
-Personalized run program and weekly coaching for an additional $9.50 per week.
