A simple and practical way to experience the Heart’s unlimited resources through Meditation and other various techniques. Come and experience the beauty of the Heart.

If you are wanting some peace of mind, if you searching for an inner silence which is so difficult to find in this noisy world, if you want to lead your life the way your conscience directs you to and most importantly if you simply want to experience something new - then this is for you!

Joy, Happiness, Love are qualities of our heart. The course of our lives changes profoundly when these qualities come to the forefront. The way to spread Joy, Happiness and Love is to radiate Joy, Happiness and become Loving. Similarly, to become ‘Heartful’, we must radiate ‘Heartfulness’…

Heartfulness is a path to experiencing your inner self to feel the lightness and joy of your true nature. You start recognizing an inner voice which is your true guide amongst the enormous amount of disturbance which keeps going in and around you. Strengthening this connection, cultivating an inner voice that wisely directs and guides your lives, living by the heart and learning to be centered in our highest self is our aim.

To practice Heartfulness, one needs no prior experience of meditation or belief in a particular system or philosophy, and can practice this alongside any other form of religious practice or belief. One can even sit at home or practice it from their workplace. It’s a really friendly form of meditation.
All that is required is an open and willing heart that is ready to embrace change and personal growth.

All are welcome to come and experience Heartfulness for yourself.

Heartfulness Meditation occurs every Tuesday at the Multicultural Hub.
It also occurs on the following days throughout the year.
Every Thursday 7:30 pm – 8:30 pm @ Box Hill Library
Every Sunday 6:00 pm – 7:00 pm @ Carnegie Library
