There will be a unique program of interactive historical activities, including a detailed exhibition of the history of the school, heritage tours, and workshops and activities for the young and young at heart.

Sample the vintage food and drink, including traditional lemonade, strawberries and cream, vintage bakes and preserves, snow cones, fairy floss, a traditional BBQ, a 70’s style tuckshop and much more. There will also be a beautiful tea emporium where high tea and Devonshire tea will be served for adults and children.

Interactive historical activities on the day include an old-time laundry, copybook writing, woodworking, mock air raid drills, etiquette lessons, replica classrooms, 70’s Life Be In It activities, and old-fashioned games on the lawn. Newstead House and the Windsor and Districts Historical Society will also be there, along with a vintage Yellow Cab and Penny Farthing bicycles.

Heritage Day also includes reunion events for Windsor’s thousands of past students.

So come along and join with current and past students, parents and teachers in celebrating the last 150 years.
