The Kettering Piano Quartet presents Generations, a performance of Mozart's E flat piano quartet KV 493, Weber's B flat piano quartet J 76 and Schumann's E flat piano quartet Op 47.

Mozart was the first master to write for piano quartet, composing this work in the year of Weber's birth. Weber, an extraordinary musical innovator, composed his piano quartet in the year the world welcomed Robert Schumann.

We're very excited about these complex, passionate and occasionally quirky works. We hope that you can join us to share in Mozart's genius, Weber's innovation and Schumann's irrepressible romanticism.
