Past hurts and difficult experiences in our childhood or later life can be the cause for overwhelming emotions, stress, and unhealthy habits. We try to come to terms with the past but the methods we often apply such as brooding, trying to ignore the experience, suppressing our emotions or feeling guilty are hardly helping.

Dzogchen Rinpoche will explain from the Buddhist view the cause of our difficult experiences and what we can learn from them. Seeing our hard times in this light can transform the problems that give us so much misery into a solution, resulting in less obstacles and giving us more confidence and strength.

Moreover, practical methods will be given that can help us to heal and overcome blockages from the past. Being introduced to the Dzogchen view of who we really are, we discover that our true nature is pure from the beginning and unaffected by any experience, allowing us to naturally let go and move on with a happy and fulfilled life.

Doors open 7.00pm, talk begins at 7.30pm
