Fresh from Sydney Comedy Festival and sold out Sydney Fringe shows, Loani Arman brings an all new show "Period" to Melbourne Fringe, teaming up with social enterprise Tsuno and director, Emma Dockery. And if you think by 'period' she means full stops, you're wrong. Full stops aren't funny.

"One of the funniest women I know" - Director ABC 'Black Comedy', Craig Anderson
"Just when you thought women couldn't get any funner, Loani Arman brought the house down." - The Music

Loani's entry into comedy came after she won Best Actress at Tropfest New York for The Picnic. She’s sold out shows for Sydney Fringe Comedy two years running and last year became the first pregnant comedian to perform at the festival with "Ultra-un-sound". Loani has appeared in the ABC comedies “Elegant Gentleman's Guide to Knife Fighting” and “Laid”, and was a writer/performer on the all-female sketch show, “Late Night Angel Weenie Baby”. This year, she produced and performed in “Lady Bits” at Sydney Comedy Festival.

'Smashes the myth that female comedians aren't funny.' - ArtHub
