Relaxing Guided Meditations in Melbourne’s CBD.

Every 1st, 3rd & 5th Wednesday of the month.

Start Time: 12:30-1:00 pm. (please be on time!)

Venue: Ross House, 247 Flinders Lane (near the corner of Swanston & Flinders Lane)

Meeting Room Level 1.2

To find Meeting Room 1.2, take the lift or stairs to Level 1. Then walk down the corridor to Meeting Room 2. It’s on the right hand side.

Cost is by donation. (suggested $10-$15, paid at the door)

No Registration required. Just come along to meeting room 1.2 on the day and on time!

These guided meditations are designed for people who want to relax, refresh and re-balance physically, emotionally and mentally during their lunch break.
