Between Saturday 5 September and Sunday 13 September, its fifth year running will celebrate an inspiring new theme, 'Shop Well, Eat Well, Live Well'.

More than 50 free events will inspire to live life wholeheartedly, unlock the satisfaction of shopping consciously, love and nourish ourselves through life-affirming movement and wholesome diet and - in the name of true balance - to savour quality edible Market indulgences!

The four Markets will host their own jam-packed schedule including family fun, free tastings and tours, festivals, quirky competitions, giveaways and more.
