Freshly baked sourdough, wholewheat rolls, focaccia bread and grissini sticks. Accompanied with soft butter

- Caprese Salad
Medley of roma tomatoes and buffalo mozzarella dressed with sauce vierge * (g)
- Scallops Ceviche
Fresh lime spiked scallops dressed with chopped ginger, sesame oil and cucumber strips, garnished with black sesame seeds*
- Classic French Beef Tartare
Hand chopped beef served with array of traditional goodies including capers, Dijon mustard, cornichon, chives and shallots*
- Tempura Prawns
Heston style tempura batter fried prawns served with Asian slaw and ginger lemon dressing*

A full rack of fall-off-the-bone tender baby back ribs, rubbed with our signature seasonings and basted with Hickory Barbecue Sauce*

Wagyu Rump Steak
