Grammy Award nominated DJ/Producer Todd Terry has been engulfed in dance music since he first started listening to European dance music records while growing up in Brooklyn. Already devoted to turntables, he heard something different in those tracks, and he “went for the difference. I never got a break in New York, but England happened right away, so I catered to them.” In any event, the Todd Terry sound was born.

Todd Terry hit big in England and Europe, and his notoriety was making its way back to the U.S. In addition to DJ appearances, Todd was cutting his classic underground tracks ‘A Day In The Life,’ ‘Weekend,’ and ‘Can You Party,’ released under monikers such as the Todd Terry Project, House Of Gypsies, and Royal House, all considered essential and ground breaking.

The first release on Ministry of Sound, ‘Keep On Jumpin’ featured a vocal workout from super-diva’s Martha Wash and Jocelyn Brown, together for the first time ever. The song became a top 10 UK crossover pop hit and worldwide smash.

Todd followed with the anthem ‘Somethin Going On’, a top 5 UK crossover pop hit.

As one of the most highly regarded producers of his – or any other – generation, Sandy Rivera’s place in house music history is already assured. Recording under both his own name and his legendary ‘Kings of Tomorrow’ moniker, Rivera’s unparalleled creativity and gift for forging timeless house records have placed him in a league of his own and without him, the house landscape would boast a far less richly coloured vista.

For many, Rivera will be best known for the seminal ‘Finally’, Kings of Tomorrow’s magnum opus and a record that stands as one of the finest vocal house record ever made. Released on Defected Records – a label with which Rivera has enjoyed a staggeringly fruitful relationship over the years – ‘Finally’ still resonates more than a decade later. However, to only know ‘Finally’ is to merely scratch the surface of Rivera’s exemplary catalogue.

Franky Rizardo, became interested in dance music at a young age. When he was just 14 years old his growing addiction to the beats had intensified to such a level that he felt compelled to begin experimenting with playing and producing music. Not long afterwards he took up a DJ residency at well-known Dutch club Manhattan and his hobby blossomed into his profession. With his blend of energetic and uplifting sounds he began gigging across the Netherlands and beyond. Countries like France, Switzerland, Spain and Germany picked up his popular sound and welcomed this new talent with open arms.

Franky went on to collaborate with `Dutch House Heroes´ Bart B More and Hardwell. His tracks received full support from major players in the scene such as Steve Angello, Sebastian Ingrosso and Fedde le Grand. This newfound notoriety resulted in remix requests from Erick E, Eddie Thoneick and Ian Carey.
