Enjoy a deadly concert featuring SK Boiiz and Warrigan Band. UMI Arts presents UMI Soundz, a series of FNQ Indigenous music concerts.

Hailing from the tip of Queensland in Seisia, Northern Peninsula Area, the SK Boiiz will bring their funky, fresh Island flavour to the UMI Soundz concert. This group of brothers produce an energetic performance fused with strong beats and a mature lyrical style that is unmistakable and compelling. Joining the SK Boiiz is Warrigan Band from Hopevale in Cape York. After forming in 2005, this
group of family members has a talent for combining just the right amount of Reggae with country rock. Warrigan, which means ‘moon’ in their language, are travelling down from Cape York just for this concert. UMI Soundz is a series of concerts that showcase, develop and promote contemporary Indigenous musicians and bands from Cairns and Far North Queensland.
