A workshop on mental health and wellbeing at work, formulated for business managers, supervisors, HR personnel, business owners and business leaders who look after their most valuable resource – their staff.

Do you recognise the importance of the health and wellbeing of your team members and see it as your responsibility to support them through tough times, including times of uncertainty, conflict and restructure? Would you like to learn how to help your staff members to look after their mental and physical health and wellbeing? Come along and find out about effective strategies and tips to help your team.

In situations where your staff members have something on their mind, are stressed, worried, overwhelmed, thinking about leaving, experiencing personal problems or problems at work, conflicting with a colleague or suffering from mental illness or emotional distress – you need to provide support. Learn how to create the best possible support and intervene effectively by attending our workshop.

We will be focusing on these strategies:

- “Value your mind” – Do you manage your stress effectively? What about your team members?
- Recognise early warning signs of burnout and create a “Burn out prevention” plan
- Ensure effective Conflict resolution and manage stress and distress
- Improve communication at work (how to have difficult conversations, the right way to give feedback and encouragement)
- Help employees through tough times (mental or physical illness)
- Deal with grief and loss at work (when you have lost a colleague or a friend)
- Foster a work – life balance with meaningful integration for everyone
- Provide meaningful assistance so your staff members are properly supported (how to avoid losing talented staff, when you should pay attention, what is the important focus)
- Learn new effective coping strategies (for you and your team) and discover how to avoid dysfunction, absenteeism or poor quality engagement
- Deal effectively with unacceptable behaviours (performance management)
- Acquire the essential skills set for managers and business owners to get the best possible results.
- Learn the warning signs when your own mind needs to be on your mind.
