Invite you to a session on Women’s Health and Beauty.

In today’s busy lives, women often forget to pay enough attention to health and neglect it. This session is aimed at sharing important and useful information about health and beauty and how we can always incorporate some regular practices into our lives to be healthier and more beautiful.

Ms Kellie Toohey (AEP) is a PhD Scholar, Lecturer/Clinical Education Co-ordinator at the University of Canberra. She specialises in Exercise Physiology and will be addressing matters such as how to begin or continue an active life, fit in exercise into your daily schedule, the co-relation between exercise, mental health and chronic disease, the importance of diet and health, how to remain mentally healthy, managing stress in everyday life.

Ms Chrissy is a finance professional and an Avon Australia representative in ACT. She is passionate about community and social issues and has organised various charity fund-raisers in ACT. In her role as a sales leader and trainer with AVON Australia, she enjoys interacting with the community and developing friendships with a broad range of people.

Ms Chrissy will be speaking about Avon products and providing samples of Avon beauty products
There will be light refreshments and opportunity to network and meet other like minded people.

This is a fund raising event that will support Free education & meals provided to slum children at Ek Prayas School (Kolkata, India) and to indigenous children at Pazhassi Raja Tribal School (Kerala, India).
