Welcome to our two part meditation course. You will learn valuable and practical skills to have a joyful, meaningful and fulfilling life. Included are three yoga meditation techniques which help to bring about a deeper sense of happiness and inner peace. You will also learn a number of different breathing techniques that help calm the mind and increase the health of the body. This course is a holistic approach of body, mind and spirit. A truely unique and wonderful meditation course not be missed

Yoga meditation is where we focus our minds on the spiritual sound vibration of different Mantras. This is usually done by singing of these sacred yoga sounds or saying softly to ourselves. If you are not comfortable with singing don't worry because you can just sit back, relax, listen and let the music set you free.

1st Part:
Friday 25th September 6 to 7 pm.
By donation

2nd Part:
Thursday 1 st October 6.00 to 8.30 pm
Meal provided.
Cost: $5
