- Explore how practicing mindfulness can reduce stress and increase energy, clarity, confidence and resilience.

This unique, practical four week course synthesizes theory and practices from the internationally acclaimed Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction program, traditional calm abiding meditation and the facilitator’s years of teaching, study and practice.

If you’ve been wondering what mindfulness is and how to practice it, if you think meditation might be good for you and would like to try it or get back to it, this is the course for you.
