About Paris
After coming from a broken home and struggling with a life of addiction through his adolescence, Paris finally hit a point at the age of 20 when his life came crashing down.

Father to a newly born son and sentenced to nearly three years incarceration, he realized that everything that had led him to that point in his life was due to his day to day habits. Sitting in a prison cell surrounded by people in a similar circumstance it suddenly dawned upon him… the odds of getting out of the vicious cycle of substance abuse and bad decisions were stacked up against him. However, at that point he decided that he was the creator of his destiny and that he had ultimate control over where he ended up and that he, and only he, had the ability to avoid becoming another statistic.

Since then Paris has reconstructed what was a life in ruins, into a happy, healthy and highly motivated life. He has now dedicated his life to creating positive re-affirming beliefs and precise daily routines that result in high amounts of personal achievement whilst supporting a life of clarity and direction.
Paris is the founder of Peak Ascendance, an educational platform with a specialty focus on Habit Change, Personal Development and High Performance.

Peak Ascendance is about creating a new outlook on life, whilst recognizing that drastic change is an incremental process that starts simply with a committed decision. With a passion of helping others through the process of personal development, habit creation and high performance, Peak Ascendance believes in the power of “Celebrating Human Achievement”.
