Summer comes early this year with the Commonwealth Bank Test against South Africa starting on 12 November at Blundstone Arena. Tasmanian cricket fans it’s your turn to host international cricket this summer and for the first time South Africa will be playing in a Test in Hobart making it must-attend event for any cricket fan. With days one and two of the match falling on a weekend, there is no excuse for not turning out to enjoy the Test cricket action.

There are few events in the Australian sporting calendar that evoke as much passion as Test cricket and the rivalry between Australia and South Africa is strong, with the visitors having claimed victory in the last series played between the team in Australia. South Africa will be looking to challenge Australia’s current #1 ICC Test Ranking as they return to Australia for the Commonwealth Bank Test Series.

As one of Australia’s great sports venues, Blundstone Arena puts fans closer to the cricket no matter where they are sitting, and with the venue only 10 minutes from the city centre, and with parking close to the venue at South Street parking, fans can get to and from the cricket with ease.

South African fans can choose to book tickets in the South African Fan Zone to sit with like-minded fans.
