You will walk away from this class with the skills of a Pasta Master – learn how to make ravioli & pasta shapes to practice and prepare amazing pasta dishes at home.

A must for everyone who would like to know how to make perfect fresh pasta – suitable for beginners and those wishing to fine-tune their skills.

During this class you will learn how to make and roll fresh pasta dough, learn tips for storage and drying, learn how to make traditional pasta shapes which are perfect every time! Transform some pasta sheets into delicious ravioli with a traditional spinach and ricotta filling!
