"There is not a predictable moment …one to watch, most definitely" - Kate Copstick, The Scotsman

An explosion of gag-stuffed sketches and unhinged characters from this mischievous man-child.

Fresh from adorning critically-acclaimed UK improv sensations Racing Minds, with his whip-smart wit, Daniel Nils Roberts is going it alone with a thunderbolt of daft and electrifying comedy curveballs. High-octane character creations, PowerPoint in meltdown, bears, and yoghurt collide to blistering effect in this hit show freshly adapted from the Edinburgh Fringe.

Having cut his teeth in the famed comedy breeding ground of The Oxford Imps, of whom he is a former assistant director, Daniel is a founder-member of multiple Edinburgh sellout successes Racing Minds, whose audacious adventure Aaaand Now For Something Completely Improvised has graced the Edinburgh Fringe since 2010, been nominated for Best Comedy Show at Perth Fringe World 2015, and grown to be one of legendary Edinburgh venue The Pleasance’s flagship improv shows in 2015.

Alongside this, he has starred in numerous other improv and sketch shows, including 2013 hit Impromptu Shakespeare, star-stuffed murder mystery Criminal, and last year’s Captains of Industry and No Strings: The Improvised Puppet Musical alongside stalwarts of the London scene. He has been heard on BBC 6 Music, as well as Racing Minds’ smash-hit The Wireless Podcast, which boasts over half a million followers on SoundCloud. Recently he has also regularly performed with Austentatious, taking to the stage as part of the Chortle Award-winning sensation around the UK in dozens of packed shows at theatres, events and festivals.

Honey is a gleefully fourth-wall-shattering character assault that sees Daniel embodying everyone from a spittle-flecked military chef to a lugubrious art expert, with a lively smattering of messy audience-participation and a surprise around every corner, as one of the UKs hottest new character acts hits Australia for the first time.
