Increase your strength and flexibility in this low impact fitness program (with music), which minimises impact to knees and joints. Floor and standing strength exercises followed by movements to increase flexibility will improve your fitness and leave you feeling great. Suitable for all (exercises graded to include all abilities). BYO mat. (Casuals must call YCC to book a particular session.) Tutor – Zoe Squire.
