Did you know sprouts are one of the freshest and healthiest superfoods you can eat? In this hands on workshop you will make your very own sprouting jar with mix of bean seeds to take home and start growing.

Session 2:

3:30 - 5:30pm Make sauerkraut and more!
In this practical workshop you will learn all you need to know about food fermentation. Fermented food is loaded with enzymes and vitamins so beneficial for our health. We will demonstrate how to make sauerkraut, chia pudding and bliss balls and share plenty of practical tips. Food fermentation is not rocket science - It’s easy to make and healthy to eat.

Roman Spur runs these workshops as an easy introduction to interesting and unique gardening ideas through tried and tested permaculture techniques. You will learn about how to ensure you are gardening with heart and for health.
