During this hands-on workshop children will experience the wonder of making their own food from scratch. They will make dough to create damper and learn how to make butter using only cream. Thirsts will be quenched by making traditional lemonade with fresh lemons before heading out to explore the Vaucluse House Kitchen Garden.

When all is done, we’ll lay the table in the colonial kitchen and taste the products of the morning’s labour.

This workshop is perfect for children who like to get creative and have fun in the kitchen.
