Grilled Chicken, served with pico de gallo, Monterey jack and cheddar cheese, fresh guacamole, sour cream and warm tortillas.

Grilled Herb Chicken
A 10oz Chicken breast, marinated in garlic and fresh herbs then flame grilled. Served on top of garlic smashed potatoes with oven roasted mushrooms and seasonal veggies.

Grilled Tasmanian Salmon
Cedar wrapped Tasmanian Salmon, grilled to perfection and drizzled with a sweet and spicy BBQ sauce and maître’d butter. Served with garlic smashed potatoes and seasonal veggies.
