Masters Swimming SA will once again be running our popular Summer Pool Series, comprising three meets over the summer months at Woodside, Gawler and Strathalbyn.

After a successful meet at Woodside, our second meet of the series will be held at the Gawler Aquatic Centre on Sunday, 31 January. Open to anyone who is 18 years or older, this meet gives adults interested in swimming the opportunity to come along and try competing in a fun, relaxed and friendly atmosphere. After all, our motto is fitness, friendship and fun!

There is no need to be a member to participate in the meet and we welcome people of all abilities, including those with disabilities. At Gawler we will have a range of events from 50m up to 400m across all strokes meaning there are events for people just learning to swim up to the more serious competitor. Our meets always finish with relays, which are fun team events that everyone is encouraged to participate in.

For anyone interested in joining us at Gawler, please note that entries for this meet will close with Masters Swimming SA on Friday, 15 January 2016 - no entries will be accepted at the pool on the day. Further event information and entry details can be found on our website (www.mastersswimmingsa.org.au) by clicking on the Events tab, then selecting MSSA Summer Pool Series 2015-2016 from the drop down menu. Otherwise please contact our Administrator, Leanne Beames, on 0409 486 273 for assistance.
