Former X-Factor Star and Australia’s very own indigenous Soul Mumma Rochelle Pitt is coming to Ellington Jazz Club in November for her only show in WA for the year.

In her exclusive and debut Perth performance travelling from Cairns, Soul Mumma Rochelle is set to get audiences moving and shaking as she launches her highly anticipated second EP as part of her debut national tour.

In a 75 minute live performance, Rochelle will reintroduce newer and established audiences to favourite tracks from her debut EP ‘Black To Reality’ which went on to become a cult favourite after it was released in the late 90s. The night will also feature and showcase 6 brand new original tracks that form her new upcoming EP also to be released in October 2016, and to top that all off Rochelle has added a few crowd favourites of covers by artists such as Aretha Franklin, Tina Turner and more!

Since her time on X Factor, Rochelle Pitt has been in demand as a regular performer for corporate events, local community events and music festivals across the country. In 2015, she released her first commercial single ‘Good thing Coming’, and became the proud ambassador for Kidney Health Australia, a cause close to both her nursing profession and heart. 2016 has also been a busy year for the talented songstress who has been busy writing music, performing and recording her latest EP.

The upcoming EP release, produced by Will Kepa, is a selection of new original music which falls into the Blues/Soul category and will give audiences a real glimpse into the real Rochelle Pitt. The EP’s tracks are full of life, stories, and have lyrics that come from the heart. Audiences will no doubt connect to Rochelle’s music about family, culture, life and love.

For her Perth performance, Rochelle will be joined by a small band, plus a special guest to be announced soon!
