Presented by Soul Arts, this is an intimate open mic on the theme of death, dying, grief and loss, and a safe space to have conversations on these topics.

A free community event for Dying to Know Day (www.dyingtoknowday.org), a day bringing to life conversations and community actions around death, dying and bereavement with events running throughout August each year.

Bring along a story, a poem, a song to share, or simply a listening ear.

To register for the open mic, please email info@soularts.com.au. If there are still spots available, there will be a chance to register at 3pm on the day.

Note: No time limit applies to open-micers but please make it known if you plan to go for longer than 10 minutes.

This venue is wheelchair accessible and includes a lovely cafe on site.

Getting there:
Bus - 409 Yarraville to Highpoint SC via Footscray
You can catch this bus from either Yarraville or Footscray train stations and the bus stops just one block from Kindred Studios.

Train - Kindred Studios is only 800m from Seddon Station (less then a 10 minute walk). Seddon station is located on the Werribee/Williamstown. Walk/Ride:
You can walk or ride a bike from Footscray and other nearby areas. There are bike racks at the venue for you to use.
