This exclusive half day workshop introduces the basics of being more positive about your body, kicking off with an uplifting yoga class and a delicious healthy breakfast.
Sarah Harry, psychotherapist, clinician and ‘curvy’ yoga instructor from Body Positive Australia and Fat Yoga Australia will lead a yoga class for all sizes. She’ll discuss what it means to be body neutral and share insights into bodies in the media; the need for diversity and easy steps to embrace a more positive attitude.
Fiona Sutherland, Body Positive’s accredited practising dietitian and a leading specialist in mindful eating, will share mindful eating tips and successful secrets of the non-diet approach.
