You are Invited to celebrate the Launch of Strive & Thrive!

Strive & Thrive is a campaign to launch our monthly series of workshops to help create awareness and offer various modern support tools and techniques relating to mental health.

As the festive season approaches, finding a healthy balance between work, family, and leisure can cause people to feel truly overwhelmed.

Ecstatique Events would like to invite you to a delightful afternoon tea full of inspirational speakers and experts, entertainment, tantalising healthy delicacies and fun activities inside a gorgeous view of a beautiful venue.

There will be a number of inspirational guest speakers and experts including registered psychologist Monica Laferrara, to educate and inform you of ways that can be used to control and manage situations effectively.

The founder of Ecstatique Events and Strive & Thrive, Norita Che Omar will also for the first time be sharing her personal stories and techniques on how she overcome depression and anxiety after surviving a brain injury and earthquake trauma.
