Moving to the job force is daunting. It is a world with unspoken rules and undefined expectation. It is a very competitive world were expectations are high and competition strong.

In order to succeed in our world's highly competitive job market, teens need to begin building the foundation for their future careers at a young age. The best way to begin building this foundation is by making a career plan and our Job Launch program encourages them to do just that. It has been designed to educate and guide teens as they explore different career paths and discover what it is they need to be successful.

This unique program covers everything teens need to make it in the modern day workforce. Below are just a few of the aspects covered in our exclusive training sessions.
Social Media and Your Career – We discuss how social media can hinder their future career, but also how it can improve their ability to network.
Career Planning – Teens will discover what career planning is and where they should start.
Resume Writing – We will also go over the best techniques teens can use when writing their resumes in order to stand out to employers.
Applying For a Job – Students will learn how to apply for a job depending on their skill set, career path and life experience.
Preparing For An Interview – Our training sessions guide teenagers through the process of preparing for job interviews.
Answering Interview Questions – The program also provides teens with information to help them effectively answer questions that may be asked during an interview.

Every teen can benefit from our training session. It's time to help your teenager prepare for the world of employment that lies ahead of him or her.

The program is delivered in a non threatening environment. The tone of the program is light but the message is profound.
