This That Festival

Sat 5 Nov 2016, 9:00am

Where: Newcastle Foreshore, Newcastle Foreshore, Newcastle

Restrictions: 18+

Start planning that festival outfit and get the car serviced for a road trip. After debuting to a sold out crowd in 2015, 'This That' returns for a second bite of Newcastle's cherry, returning to the City's Foreshore on Saturday November 5.

'This That' proved itself to be the cool, refreshing drink of water the people of Newcastle had been desperately craving in its first year. With a 12,000 strong sold out crowd and a lineup led by Rufus, Sticky Fingers & Birds of Tokyo, it was nothing short of a kaleidoscopic gathering of the creme de la creme. Focussing largely on local talent, truly housing something for every taste - from much-hyped international trap and bass lord Baauer to the charming effervescence of The Jungle Giants.

Supported by triple j, this years' triumphant comeback promises to quench that festival thirst once more with the 2016 lineup.

Pulling an absolutely rock solid second year lineup out the wazoo today, This That boasts one of the biggest and best Newcastle has ever seen.

Premium lineup includes:

Ball Park Music
Ensch Way
Jess Kent
Koi Child
Made In Paris
Monday Morning
Moonbase Commander
Peking Duk
Running Touch
Sampa the Great
Schoolboy Q
Shantan Wantan Inchiban
Stephane 1993
Triple J Unearthed Winner (TBA)
