The 2017 festival will be the 6th to be held and over the past years has created a significant influx of locals and visitors to Ballina during it’s 3-day festival with over 30 acts providing free entertainment on 6 stages in various venue locations throughout Ballina.

This year's festival will commence with a “Festival Benefit Concert” featuring Brothers 3, The Mid North, Stuie French & Camille Te Nahu and on Saturday 4th November a “ Major Feature Concert” with Travis Collins a 2017 winner of 3 Golden Guitars and 3 CMA Awards together with multi-award winner Felicity Urquhart , Murray Hartin, Billy Bridge and Rebecca Lee Nye.

Both shows will be staged in a special marquee to be erected at Cherry Street Sports Club and will be the only 2 shows to have a nominal cover charge with all other acts over the weekend presented free to the public.

Free entertainment will be in all participating venues Saturday 4th and Sunday 5th November:

Street entertainment stage

On Saturday 4th November a section of Cherry Street adjacent to the club will be closed from 10am– 4pm providing a main feature stage with artists, street market stalls, food stalls and children's activities. This year's festival is proudly supported by the Ballina Shire Council , major sponsor Cherry Street Sports Club and participating venues.

With over 50% of the artist line up joining the festival for the first time this year you can be assured that everyone attending the festival will have a great time.
