Our six-week course is the ideal place to begin if you are new to meditation and mindfulness, or looking to refine and develop your skills.
If you’re anxious, stressed, overtired, overwhelmed, or tend to overthink, this course will equip you with techniques to help manage your most troubling thoughts and emotions. You’ll also learn how to relax your body, calm your mind and rest deeply whenever you need to.
The course also introduces strategies for managing pain and for developing better focus, for maintaining your health, and for thinking clearly and creatively.
