Local not-for-profit organisation, Peninsula Villages, will commemorate the lives and sacrifices of Australia’s bravest with a special ANZAC Day service.

Residents of Peninsula Villages will be commemorating the day from 10am with morning tea, followed by a service in the main hall which has been organised and will be led by resident Reverend Peter Swain.

The service will be topped off with a heartfelt performance by the Peninsula Village choir who will be singing two songs—‘O God, Our Help in Ages Past’ and ‘God Bless Australia’.

As a way of commemorating this year’s ANZAC Day and to ensure that the sacrifices of our ANZAC soldiers are remembered, attendees are encouraged to wear any medals that have been awarded to them, or their spouse, relatives or family members.
