The Caviar Degustation features nine courses, celebrating and showcasing caviar that has been sourced from all over the world, including Australia’s best jewels of the sea.

To celebrate the launch, an exclusive culinary event will be held. The evening begins with Champagne in Bacchus Bar before the full menu is celebrated with matching wines. A highlight of the evening will be a discussion of all things caviar by Mr Peter Gross from Black Pearl Epicure, Head Chef Massimo Speroni and Bacchus Sommelier Andrew Giblin.
