"I have to say that the new album "Dr TAOS" is brilliant. This album is a must get!" - The Songsmith album review.

Fusing Celtic folk with British blues-rock, matured in sunburnt Australian country oak barrels, international touring artist Dr TAOS is wowing audiences around the world with his own inimitable style of alternative psychedelic folk rock blends and has recently released his new eponymous album to great acclaim, gaining radio airplay worldwide.

“And it is Dr Taos’ voice that is Dr Taos’ secret weapon—in all of popular music a strong song, put across by a truly affecting voice is an irresistible one-two punch. Add to this the songwriter singing his own songs, with all the drama, depth and nuance conveyed and that one-two becomes a triple whammy.” - Dr Taos album review, Wordaboutmusic.

Dr Taos has just released the new single “World Keep on Turning” off the album “Dr Taos”. To celebrate the release you can download a free copy from the Dr Taos website in the blog section on the homepage for the first week in December.

Phillip Bracken
"Anyone who has had the opportunity to listen to Bracken knows how special this artist is. He freely combines folk, blues and soul, with the best traditions of songwriting. Live his music sounds exquisite and accompanied by guest musicians both the energetic and melancholic songs of Phillip are even more colourful." - Wojciech Zurek, www.e-splot.pl

After relocating to Poland in 2013 ambient-folk musician, Phillip Bracken, returns to Australia for a handful of shows this summer. With a couple of wonderful releases (The Opole Session and Phillip Bracken and The Jacek Mielcarek Ensemble, Live at Radio Opole) and countless gigs in Australia and Poland, his new home has enabled him to gain a following in Europe with solo shows, festivals and tours in Germany, Holland, Portugal, Italy, Czech Republic and of course Poland.

“If you need comparisons, the likes of Ben Harper, Nick Drake, Doug Burr or Josh Garrels (for both evocative guitars and warm voice) could be cited. But be sure, you will find none of those afore mentioned listening to Phillip Bracken; none of those, but a high dose of unique emotions.” -

Jasmine Beth
“Her lyrics are authentic and her storytelling is sincere.” - Markos Papadatos, Indie Music Editor, Suite 101.
“Jasmine’s songs ranged through a string of rhythms and meters that spoke honestly, with a sense of the poetic.” - Eric Pozza, Canberra Jazz

Jasmine Beth writes and sings folk tales about sailors, devils, ancient Greek lgends, Shakespearean characters and madness. Audiences enjoy her jazzy vocal stylings, stripped back guitar and warm stage presence. She spends most of her time on the road, touring Australia and the UK every year.
