Eco Fashion Week Australia (EFWA) is Australia’s first and only international Eco Fashion week event. Hosted by Green Embassy, this unique fashion week focused on sustainability has been creating a huge media buzz and the excitement continues to build. Don't miss your chance to be a part! Tickets are now on sale and going fast!

For our very first inaugural EFWA2017, we have an amazing lineup of over 40 Eco designers—local, national and international (Canada, Germany, India, Indonesia, Japan, Spain, Turkey, U.S. & Vietnam)—presenting their latest collections. The week will also include the EFWA Upcycling Challenge by Marilyn R Wilson where 21 designers from 12 countries have each created a unique look from upcycled mens dress shirts as well as a Malawi Eco designer showcase curated by Patti DeSante. There will be performances by local musicians Sharin, Kaitlin Rose Keegan and Rob Walker and a Style it Green presentation where fashion stylist Dalija Vlahov will choose 5 audience members for a unique makeover showcasing different ways the Little Black Dress can be styled.

In line with EFWA's commitment to giving back, $5 from each ticket sold will be donated to the Sea Shepherd Society in support of their work to protect our oceans. Another $5 will be donated to a project focused on replanting the Daintree Rainforest. Lastly, the RSPCA Reloved Boutique will offer garments by participating Australian designers during this week with 40% of all sales donated to the RSPCA's programs to support animal in need.

For more information and a schedule of each night's shows, please visit our website at Eco Fashion Week website.

"EFWA collaborates with designers, artists, local and rural community, Aboriginal communities along with the media, local businesses and educational programs and local government to raise awareness for environmentally conscious fashion whilst providing support and encouragement to inspire all community members towards a sustainable future using fashion as a vehicle. The goal is to ignite and inspire our local community to change their perspective on fashion and its relation to the environment and sustainability whilst providing a platform for emerging designers, artists and models in the fashion and creative industries." - Zuhal Kuvan-Mills, Founder
