Join Aimee for a morning of gathering local wild foods growing right outside in nature, learn about the different varieties of both native and introduced wild plant foods, chat about how to identify, prepare, use and cook them. And of course, sample them and take some home!

- Private guided foraging tour with researched information on each of the foraged foods
- Discussions on how to properly prepare and cook the foraged foods along with some recipe suggestions

This event is available for a small group only, so it'll be relaxed, casual and intimate, allowing plenty of time to chat, ask questions, get to know each other and have fun. You don't have to be a good cook to come along! The emphasis will be on identifying particular edible coastal plant varieties and the various ways to eat, prepare and cook them to get the most benefit and taste.
