The Full Moon Dance is turning the big dirty Thirty and we’re throwing a massive party to celebrate with the super talented PAUA supported by Darren Percival and Funkalotamus, Kooii and Favourite Son. All of the stars and of course, the moon will align for a bone-tingling night of performances!

Taking you to that place via Reggae fusion, soulful RnB urges, incognito jazz spills, 808 ends, Paua is one of the most innovative bands on the scene while maintaining an uncluttered heavy roots-reggae, groove with catchy lyrics. Creating chemistry between music and their audience, Paua has become known for packing venues and selling out shows, extending their positive message to the world. Their sound is organic, created from the heart and soul and will get you up and dancing!

Darren Percival & Funkalotamus
More than just a singer, Darren Percival reflects a reputation not just as one of Australia’s most accomplished entertainers but also a Gold album selling recording artist, gifted musician, dynamic radio presenter and vocal coach. His voice is warm and powerful. Darren will have you mesmerized with a charming stage presence and original music. If you haven’t seen him up close and personal, you’re in for something special!

Kooii’s music inspires movement on all levels embodying the freedom and endeavouring spirit of jazz streaming though wonderfully crafted songs embedded in grooves of afro-beat, reggae and funk influence that call your whole being into an ecstatic flow. Much of the song seeds blow from the lead singer and trumpeter, Peter Hunt, whose voice emanates through the groups sound, supported by spirit-lifting harmonies. Their music is loved for the beauty in its crafting, the purity of its source and their infectious onstage chemistry.

Favourite Son
With a sonic palette that will conjure warm tropical sunsets by the beach, Favourite Son blurs the line between live performance and electronic show. Sun-soaked dance beats meld with lush keyboards, percussion, ukulele and effortless vocal melodies. Let the beats move you and the music wash over you like diving through a cool wave on a warm day.

Unleash your free spirit and get caught up in the sound waves…and when you need a breather the Verrierdale Hall will have food and beverages available. All proceeds go straight back to the community so we can continue upkeep this amazing venue. This is licensed event—over 18’s only.
