One thing we all should remember, we are all born Yogis. If you observe a baby between the age of three months to three years, a baby does all the Yoga postures. A baby smiles 400 times a day. The purpose of Yoga is to put a smile on your face. We have just forgotten the art of doing Yoga and being happy as a baby.
