FAQ:
1. Who can attend the class?
Anyone. Classes are suitable both for the people who are completely new to yoga and regulars.

2. I have some health problems, how can I learn if yoga is safe for me?
If you are concerned about your health, please contact me before the class to discuss the possibilities. It’s also advisable to ask your GP (or physio) whether he sees yoga as a safe practice for you.

3. Where is it?
Bliss Central, 9 Compton Street

4. When is it?
Wednesday mornings 7.00 – 8.15 AM
Thursday evenings 6.00 – 7.15 PM

5. How much is it?
$10 each class. Paid online or at the place.

6. Where can I find parking?
You can use parking at Central Markets, just next to the studio or at one of the neighbouring streets. The prices range, but it’s relatively easy to find a place at the street where you have to pay for 15 minutes only (they are free after 6 pm and until 8 am which is during the class).

7. Do I need to bring my yoga mat?
You can, but the studio has own organic and high-quality yoga props.

8. How should I prepare myself?
Please come at least 2 hours after a heavier meal and have a comfortable outfit. We are exercising barefoot, but in the winter it’s good to have a pair of socks for the relaxation.

9. Why is it so cheap comparing to other yoga classes in the city?
Because yoga has changed my life for better and I want to spread the positive energy. Coming from the social activist's background I like giving back to the society, and seeing another smiling and peaceful person is a rewarding enough to make the classes as affordable as possible (yet I still have to charge for it to cover the expenses).

10. Where can I learn more about the teacher?
