Ian Date is based in Ireland and joins Ashley Turner on Double Bass and Andrew Dickeson at the drums for an action packed session of hot guitar playing which will delight your ears and blow your mind. The idea behind the night is to have a really great time playing some great guitar music via an exciting hot jazz, blues and swing repertoire.

The event is expected to attract a huge crowd out for a thrilling time. Ian says “I am really excited to be coming to Lazybones at Marrickville and we can’t wait to present this exciting music for your listening pleasure. I’m so happy making some music with such amazing musicians and as Ashley Turner and Andrew Dickeson again and I know you are all going to love it and go crazy. It’s going to be the event of the year!”

Lazybones of Marrickville said, “We are very pleased to have music of such high quality and we know it is going to be a hit with everyone. Ian is an amazing musician and everything he presents is a lot of fun and musically superb.”If you are tempted by the sounds of a classic era of jazz music played on the guitar then put this in your diary.
