Black Swan Health is hosting a free event for our neighbours to celebrate Mental Health Week. Come along to connect with the people in your local area over a delicious morning tea and learn how to improve your mental health with the simple act of mindfulness.

The morning tea will include a short mindfulness activity, led by one of Black Swan Health’s clinical psychologist registrars. Refreshments, tea and coffee provided. Barista-made coffee available for purchase from local coffee van. Please BYO mug in consideration of the environment.

Take a break from your busy day to do something positive for your mental wellbeing in Mental Health Week!

To learn more about mindfulness, check out this short Mindfulness video series at the link below or ask one of our friendly staff on the day.
