We are so excited to bring you the second Soul Sessions fundraising event, especially designed to nourish your body, mind and soul. Join us for an energising Spring themed yoga class, a Yoga of Eating workshop and a delicious wholefoods afternoon tea.

Spring into Yoga (60 minutes)
Bryony Lancaster will take you through a Spring yoga class, focusing on the organs and emotions of this season, designed to leave you feeling calm and energised.

Yoga of Eating Workshop (60 minutes)
Leave fad diets at the door and become at peace with food. Harry Lancaster will teach a beautiful workshop to help you tune into your body and soul when it comes to food. You’ll leave with simple tools to help you bring mindfulness and care to the way you eat.

Afternoon tea and chai under the elm tree (45 minutes)
Put your ‘Yoga of Eating’ skills to the test and enjoy chai and a nourishing wholefoods afternoon tea, including Egg of the Universe’ specialty raw slices and bliss balls.
