The Artistry Festival is set to make its second appearance at the Overseas Passenger Terminal Circular Quay this weekend, following the successful launch at Vivid Sydney this year.

Celebrating all things street culture, the event space will be transformed into a vibrant stage for live music, break dancers, appearances from local TV personalities, a pop-up art gallery, live art installations, an array of vintage vehicles and food trucks. Revelers can expect Pan Asian from Tsuru Food Truck, juicy burgers from Chur Burger, loaded fries from Killa Fries and Sydney’s newest food truck Mr Pig, serving their almighty bacon burgers.

The Artistry Festival will be home to Sydney’s finest dessert hub Milk N’ Sugar, a dessert market dedicated to all things sweet and insta-worthy. Revelers will be treated to scrumptious Kurtosh doughnut ice-cream cones from Hungary Bites, gluten-free doughnuts from Nutie, Nutella brioche burgers from Burger Butlers and flavoured crème brulee from Torch Me Brulee. The Boombox Dessert Truck will also be making its debut appearance launching its dessert tacos. Flavours include, direct from Korea, the ‘Honey Butter Taco’ with honey butter chips, honeycomb ice-cream, pretzels, fairy floss and popcorn, the ‘Nutella Taco’ with Nutella, chocolate ice-cream and MnMs and the limited edition ‘YES to Love Taco’ with bubblegum ice-cream, rainbow sour, lollies and a diamond ring pop.

Direct from Barcelona, The Artistry Festival will also feature a pop up from Mr.P, the world’s largest Emoji. Step into the mouth of this giant inflatable sculpture and be treated to ice-cream served from a toilet bowl.

“The Artistry Festival aims to create a platform for emerging artists, entrepreneurs, and small business owners to showcase their work in a creative and energetic Design Hub,” Yudi Loefti, the Event Director says. “There is no better feeling than to be able to provide our extravagant talented community a celebration space to express their artistries of skills in such a collaborative format.”

The Artistry Festival will see appearances by young Australian musical talents and social media influencers including comedian Jamie Zhu, Genesis Beatbox’s Calmell Teagle, Rapper Chris Campbell and previous artists from Australia’s Got Talent and X Factor Australia.
