A fast-paced, completely improvised battle of the comedy titans.

Theatresports™ is a thrilling family fun evening of improvisation where you can cheer your champion and boo the Judges! Teams of skilled actor/improvisors dare each other to risk it all on stage under the scrutiny of the judges. They could be rewarded with a score of 5, punished with a 1 or disgraced with the warning for boring—losing the stage instantly.

Impro Melbourne is Melbourne’s oldest and most experience improvisational theatre company delivering a wide range of popular sell out shows over a thirty year history.

Theatresports ™ directed by Impro Melbourne’s Co-Artistic Director Katherine Weaver, features teams of actors competing head to head in enthralling rounds of improvised theatre based on audience suggestions.

Theatresports™ stars Sarah Kinsella, Rik Brown, Jenny Lovell, Patrick Duffy, Amy Moule, Jaime Cerda, Patti Stiles, Kevin Yank, Mike Bryant, Amanda Buckley, Brenna Dixon, Jak Vukasinovic and Katherine Weaver.

“We saw a depth of talent and a wealth of sharp comedic wit. There were many laugh out loud moments during the performance, to the point of tear-inducing hilarity. It really is a laugh—a—minute, unpredictable, unexpected entertainment.” - Weekend notes
