Spring in Sydney - is there anything better? Feel the warmth of the sun hit your face; the smell of the first jasmine of the season; beautiful, fresh produce abounds! What better opportunity to celebrate the season than with one of our signature events and the second of four parts in our 'Seasons' series. Partnering with Walsh Bay Kitchen, acclaimed chef Kay Hwang, Archie Rose Sydney and Pernod Ricard Australia, host Matt and the Whisky Uncovered team will take guests on a convivial yet intimate culinary journey, nestled right next to Sydney's beautiful harbour.

We have created a spectacular 6-course menu of mouth-watering, seasonal flavours, expertly-paired with spectacular whiskies and other spirits by the Whisky Uncovered team and presented with Chef Kay's signature flair. As always, there will be a few surprises in store for guests.
