The Workplace Conflict and Psychosocial Risk Management Workshop explores how to build wellbeing systems that counteract the risks related to psychosocial hazards and conflicts. Designed for organisational leaders who make decisions about how employees are managed, the workshop will enable attendees to implement strategies that improve people's experience of work and, ultimately, enable growth and happiness.

This event will be presented by two engaging facilitators, Andrew Douglas and Simon-Brown Greaves. Andrew Douglas is Principal - Workplace Relations, VIC at Macpherson Kelley where he builds wellbeing programs to improve employee health and productivity. Simon Brown-Greaves is an experienced senior executive and organisational psychologist with over 20 years' involvement in helping organisations align people and performance.

What will be explored in the workshop?

- What is meant by psychosocial risk management and where does it come from?
- How does it impact the individual?
- How can I identify and measure the risk in my workplace?
- What can be done to minimise the risk?
- How do I develop effective strategies to help prevent it?
- How do I minimise the chances of psychosocial impact if an incident occurs?
