This 8-Week course based on Jon Kabat-Zinn MBSR training, teaches a wide range of Mindfulness exercises and meditations to help reduce work, family and healthy related stress. If you are ready for change then let Mindfulness Facilitators Suzanne and Amanda teach you how to:

Course begins on Monday 7th May 2018 and runs for 8 weeks up Monday 25th June 2018.

- Week 5: Heartfulness & Self Compassion

- Mindfulness Retreat Day - Waverley Valley Scout Hall, Mt Waverley
- Week 8: Integrating Mindfulness into your Life
