Come along to the Beenleigh Library for a free workshop on calligraphy and pens.

You no longer have to work on your own. Come here and meet other passionate people while you practice with pens, and share your experience, knowledge, and skills. If you don't have any pens then we can give you some (biased) advice on where to start.

Bring your pens along to show and discuss, (we're not snobs) and depending on the time you can have them cleaned and serviced. This is a small group, book in quick, we welcome everyone (as long as you can write).

Don't worry if you're a beginner or a master with pens, there is always something to learn. I am interested in how you started, your experience, and your goals. Don’t be shy, and you can stay as long or as little as you like.

This is a self-paced workshop to learn new and old calligraphy fonts, best pens for writing and calligraphy, and for you to talk with other people about their interest and passion for paper, ink, and drawing.
